This document “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter “Policy”) represents the rules of use by the website administration of the data of Internet users (hereinafter “User”) collected through the use of the pinnacle website (hereinafter “Site”).

1.9 The Administration is not responsible for the order of use of the User’s Anonymised Data by third parties.

2. Purposes of data processing

2.1 The Administration uses the data for the following purposes:

2.1.1. Processing of incoming requests and communication with the User;

2.1.2. Information service, including the sending of advertising and informative material; 2.1.3;

2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical and other studies;

2.1.4. targeting of advertising materials on the website.
3. Data protection requirements

3.1 The Administration stores data and protects it from unauthorised access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.

3.2 The data received shall be kept confidential, except in cases where the User makes it available to the public, as well as where the technologies and software of third parties used on the Website or the configuration of the software used by the User allow for an open exchange with these persons and/or other Internet participants and users.

5.1 This Policy may be amended or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy shall enter into force at the time of its publication on the Website, unless the new version of the Policy provides otherwise.
