This document “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter “Policy”) represents the rules of use by the website administration of the data of Internet users (hereinafter “User”) collected through the use of the pinnacle website (hereinafter “Site”).

1.6 The Administration does not check the accuracy of the data provided or whether the User has the necessary consent for its processing in accordance with this Policy, in the belief that the User acts in good faith, prudently and makes every effort to keep such information up to date and obtain all necessary consents for its use.
1.7. You understand and accept the possibility of using third party software on the Site, as a result of which such third parties may receive and transmit the data specified in clause 1.3 in an anonymised form.
1.8 The composition and conditions of the collection of anonymised data using third party software are determined directly by the holders of their rights and may include:

request data (time, origin, IP address).
1.9 The Administration is not responsible for the order of use of the User’s Anonymised Data by third parties.
2. Purposes of data processing
2.1 The Administration uses the data for the following purposes:
2.1.1. Processing of incoming requests and communication with the User;
2.1.2. Information service, including the sending of advertising and informative material; 2.1.3;
2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical and other studies;
2.1.4. targeting of advertising materials on the website.
3. Data protection requirements
3.1 The Administration stores data and protects it from unauthorised access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
3.2 The data received shall be kept confidential, except in cases where the User makes it available to the public, as well as where the technologies and software of third parties used on the Website or the configuration of the software used by the User allow for an open exchange with these persons and/or other Internet participants and users.
3.3 In order to improve the quality of work, the Administration has the right to store log files on the actions performed by the User within the framework of using the Site for 1 (One) year.
4. Transfer of data
4.1 The Administration has the right to transfer data to third parties in the following cases:
The User has expressed consent to such actions, including cases when the User applies the settings of the software used by the User, not limiting the provision of certain information;
The transfer is necessary within the framework of the User’s use of the functionality of the Site;
The transfer is necessary in accordance with the purposes of data processing;
In connection with the transfer of the Site to the possession, use or ownership of such third party;
At the request of a court or other authorised state body within the procedure established by law;
To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration in connection with infringements committed by the User.
5. 5. Modification of the Privacy Policy
5.1 This Policy may be amended or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy shall enter into force at the time of its publication on the Website, unless the new version of the Policy provides otherwise.
